A damage deposit of THB 15000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that villa rates do not include an electrical usage fee. The electrical fee will be charged at THB 7 per kilowatt in villas 62F and 63A. In all Double Bedrooms 7B/1,2,3,4,5 is the electrical fee included in the room rate.
