Bed & breakfast reservation system now even more useful!

The reservation system of Bedandbreakfast.eu is now even more useful thanks to a few adjustments. From now on you can respond to a new reservation request very quickly, while you keep your guests’ information at hand. Meanwhile you can effortlessly keep the availability calendar up-to-date.

Responding to requests faster
The biggest improvement is the option to respond straight from the email we send you when there’s a new reservation request. To immediately respond through the owner service, in the email click the pink button ‘Respond immediately’.  What’s new is that you will now see a clear overview with:

• the reservation information of the guest,
• the availability calendar,
• the option to point out your availability.

When, in the overview, you point out that your B&B is available, the system will automatically prepare an email for you with an (adjustable) answer to your guest.

Easily adjust your status
From now on there are three status options for reservation requests, namely: Option, Reservation and Cancelled. By means of clicking boxes you can easily change the status of a reservation request.

As soon as the status is changed to Option or Reservation, the request will be placed in your availability calendar.

Orderly email correspondence
The email correspondence with a guest from now on can quickly be retrieved. Go to the overview of reservation requests and click on the little envelop behind the reservation request concerned.

You will immediately see the last sent email, followed by all previously sent emails. Click ‘Respond’ to answer the last sent email.

At the top of the response field you can always choose from various email templates. There is a suitable email template for every email you send to a guest. Saves you time!

Availability calendar easier up-to-date
Useful: every time you send an email to a guest, you will immediately get the opportunity to change the status of the reservation request concerned. For example from ‘Option’ to ‘Reservation’. That way, your availability calendar remains up-to-date.

How do I enter the reservation system?
You can only use the B&B reservation system when you have a free or enhanced mention on Bedandbreakfast.eu. With an enhanced listing, which costs only € 75 excluding VAT a year, you will appear higher in the list and receive more visitors. More information and register >>
