The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the damages deposit as agreed prior to your check in. Upon booking, the property will contact guests with further information regarding the check in arrangements, the meeting address and house rules by email after booking. There is no reception desk at the property and therefore a member of staff will meet guests at the property at a pre-arranged time to hand over the keys and check guests into the apartment. This property is exclusively for families. The minimum age to stay as the primary guest is 35 years old. In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID before arrival. Guests arriving after 19:00 are requested to inform the property in advance, prior to their expected arrival time. A surcharge of 19:00-21:59 (50 EUR), between 22:00 and 00.59 (90 EUR), after 1 AM (120 EUR) applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card (showing only the last 4 digits + cardholder name) corresponding to the name on the booking, are required in advance for verification purposes. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests, including from smoking outside designated areas or disturbances, will incur a charge that will be shared and agreed on during check-in. Additional beds for children cannot be guaranteed unless arranged in advance. A child’s high chair need to be requested in advance.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
