Damage deposit
A damage deposit of GBP 430 is required 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 14 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

- All guests agree to sign into our property via our external check-in form. Failure to check-in or check-in correctly will mean your stay will be cancelled and you will not be allowed access into the property.
- Please also note that if you are bringing a pet, that the fee is £30 per pet per stay for a maximum of 1. Pet is limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing of pet is subject to approval.
- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am.
