This means that the payment of the Balearic tourist tax and check-in are done online. This offers families and groups the great advantage of not having to fill out extensive registration forms upon arrival before starting their holiday. Instead, you can check into your apartment flexibly, easily and quickly from 2:00 p.m. You will find the key to your apartment in a key box. The lead guest will also need to verify their identity when checking in online. Only then will registration be completed and the key box code sent to you. This is how we take into account security in the accommodation. A surcharge of 100 EUR applies for leaves after check-out hours. All requests for late check-out are subject to confirmation by the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
