Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

A surcharge of 7 EUR applies for arrivals from 14:30 to 19:30. A surcharge of 20 EUR applies for arrivals from 19:30 to 23:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
Please note that the use of air conditioning has an extra cost of 10 euros per day.
The kitchen should be used only to prepare the breakfast, for the personal use there is an extra charge of €10.00 per day. In the LOFT family room there is a kitchenette whose daily cost is an extra euro 10.00 per day. Both are complete with all kitchen accessories.
The accommodation is on the second floor and there is no elevator.
