Customers are required to pay the full balance on arrival. We also accept bank faster payment before arrival so please contact us. Customers are required to reserve room/rooms with credit/debit card but pay with debit card. Rooms are normally only available after 16:00 but earlier access is available by prior arrangement for a GBP 10 fee. The check-in time is 16:00pm-to 22:30, and strictly adhered to. Check-in after 22:30 is not possible unless prior arrangements have been made. A fee of GBP 15 applies to check-in's between 22:30 and 00:00 and a fee of GBP 20 applies to check-in's from 00:00 until 00:30. Late check-out until 12:30 is possible for a cost of GBP 15 per room. An additional GBP 10 per hour per room is chargeable at the latest check-out 14:30. Please note that the property may pre-authorise cards for security reasons. Please note this property has 2 entrances. Access to the car park is from the rear entrance only not front. This is in comliance with traffic rules of the Southgloustershire Council.
